We see the FBRH app as a “quick setup guide” for marketing strategy for small companies but also individuals
The FBRH app has been created as part of an effort by www.fbrh.eu to provide small companies with a “quick set up guide” for marketing strategy. The FBRH app also works just as well for you as an individual in your effort to achieve. With most of the western world being in a financial and moral crisis, with the FBRH app you can take action on opportunities which you have identified as part of a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis. These opportunities are all over our globalized world.

Your SWOT Analysis data is taken a step further
So what do you do once you have identified your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats? This is where the TOWS matrix comes in. With the FBRH app, your SWOT data automatically appears side-by-side in a meaningful way in the TOWS matrix. Your task now is to view these, then consider and write what your action/s will be in view of your target segment and plan and build your future in a structured way.

For example:

maxi-maxi strategy
The most favorable situation is when a company can use its strengths to take advantage of opportunities (maxi-maxi). How do you use your strengths to take advantage of the opportunities you have identified?
maxi-mini strategy
However, in a competitive market, there are also threats to the company, which, in turn may be overcome by the use of its strengths. Such a strategy is designated as an S-T Strategy (or maxi-mini) because the aim is to maximize the strengths in order to minimize the threats. How do you use your strengths to minimize the threats you have identified?
mini-maxi strategy
Every company also has weaknesses, which need to be overcome to take advantage of external opportunities. This W-O Strategy (or mini-maxi) is a developmental strategy that attempts to convert weaknesses into strengths. How do you develop your weaknesses into strengths so as to take advantage of the opportunities you have identified?
Mini-mini strategy
The least favorable position in the TOWS Matrix is the situation in which a company is faced with external threats, but has many weaknesses which make it difficult to compete in the market. This strategy is the W-T Strategy (or mini-mini). In this case a company has different options, for example it can form alliances; cooperation; mergers; reduce non profit making activities;

The aim is not to find one specific strategy for you to follow but to generate a number of strategies that can be applied.

SHARING your data
All the data you have created can be e-mailed to yours and others emails as a text file.
